Rylee Richards
Studio Manager

  • Rylee is a lifelong West Michigan native with a strong passion for fitness and wellness. Drawing from her dance background, she is known for teaching high-energy Zumba classes and rhythm-driven indoor cycling, where movement and music come together to create an empowering experience. She has spent years in the fitness industry, leading with the belief that movement is a powerful tool for connection and confidence. With a background in psychology, Rylee is dedicated to building community through group exercise—fostering positivity and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome and supported. Outside the studio, she finds joy in running, catching the sunrise, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with friends.

Wren Knue
Instructor

  • Growing up just outside Ann Arbor and never one to stay still, fitness quickly became a natural outlet for both energy and connection. With almost a decade of teaching experience all across the U.S., she aims to create an environment where challenge and encouragement go hand in hand. She believes deeply in the community that forms when people move together, and strives to make each workout a space where clients feel strong, supported, and inspired to discover what their bodies are capable of. Outside the studio, Wren finds joy in a good book, long walks with her dog, and eating her way through Grand Rapids.

Ashley Vieck
Instructor

  • Ashley is a medical Speech-Language Pathologist and fitness instructor with a deep passion for movement, health, and helping others feel their best—both physically and mentally. A Michigan native, she spent the past six years living in South Carolina and California, but has of course made her way back to the Midwest. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Ashley played volleyball throughout college and continues to explore functional strength training and biohacking as part of her personal wellness journey. She began teaching group fitness in 2021 and has loved it ever since. Her approach to Pilates emphasizes strength, balance, and intensity—creating space for clients to move with confidence, intention, and purpose. Ashley brings a thoughtful yet challenging energy to every class, encouraging clients to push their limits while staying grounded and mindful. Outside the studio, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two dogs, planning her next travel adventure, and expressing creativity through pottery and other forms of art and design.

Kelsey Somers
Instructor

  • Kelsey is a lifelong West Michigan native with a background in science and research and a deep love for movement. She enjoys spending time outdoors — swimming, running, walking, playing pickleball, and doing just about anything that keeps her active. Movement has been a source of confidence and joy in her life, and she believes it’s essential for overall well-being. She loves exploring new forms of exercise as a way to challenge herself and grow. She strives to help others build strength, discover confidence, and feel empowered as they push themselves in new ways. Kelsey’s favorite X-former move is Standing Outer thighs.

Cami Kreitz

  • Cami has been teaching fitness classes for over eight years and brings a dynamic mix of energy, encouragement, and expertise to every class. She currently teaches Pilates (Xformer and Mat), cycle, and kickboxing, with a focus on helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and connected to their bodies. When she’s not teaching, Cami loves spending her free time reading, gardening, and exploring new restaurants around Grand Rapids. Her favorite part of teaching is building relationships and being part of a supportive, motivated community.

Ashley Hoxie
Instructor

  • Driven by love for movement and recovery, Ashley helps people reconnect with their bodies and return to activities that bring them joy. Combining her background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized training in pelvic health, she brings both expertise and empathy to every Pilates session. With a passion for guiding clients beyond traditional rehabilitation, helps bridge the gap between recovery and lifelong fitness— empowering individuals to build strength, confidence, and resilience through mindful movement. When she’s not in the studio, you can find Ashley out on a hiking trail, lifting weights, or trying a new fitness activity— always exploring new ways to move and grow.

Katie Roper
Instructor

  • Katie has been teaching group fitness since 2012 and still loves every minute of it. She's led everything from yoga and spin to strength and conditioning--and now brings that energy, encouragement, and experience to the reformer. Her favorite part of teaching is helping people surprise themselves with what their bodies can do - whether that's mastering a tough move or simply feeling stronger and more confident than the day before. Outside the studio, Katie loves lifting heavy, cooking, spending time outdoors, and enjoying life with her son Charlie and her dog Lucian.

Megan Parker
Instructor

  • Megan is a Grand Rapids native whose love for health and fitness is rooted in her background in kinesiology and nursing. She strives to inspire others through movement and create a space where everyone feels welcome, exactly as they are. Outside of the studio, she enjoys taking spin classes, long walks, and cozy study sessions at local coffee shops!

Erica Zamloot
Instructor

  • Originally from California, Erica grew up with a passion for dance and theater, which continues to shape her approach to Pilates through musicality, body awareness, strong technique, and intentional movement. With a background in Elementary Education, Erica strives to create a warm and welcoming, yet challenging and encouraging environment where clients feel comfortable, capable, and inspired to grow at their own pace. Outside the studio, Erica enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, baking, and traveling. Her goal is for every client to leave class feeling strong, confident, and more connected to themselves.

Angiolina Giacomantonio
Instructor

  • Angiolina is a chemical engineer who recently moved to the Grand Rapids area and has a passion for XFormer Pilates. She’s driven to create a dynamic fitness community that inspires people to push their limits, embrace their strengths, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. When she’s not at work or at the studio, Angiolina enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and online shopping. Her favorite XFormer move is standing inner thighs.

Madison Stabile
Instructor

  • Madison grew up a competitive dancer and quickly fell in love with the way movement can inspire confidence and connection. She teaches both Barre and dance-inspired fitness classes at Grand Valley State University, bringing strength, energy, and encouragement to every class. Madison is also a professional dancer for the Grand Rapids Gold Basketball Team, where she continues to share her passion for performance. Currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Neuroscience with minors in Movement Science and Psychology, she combines her love of fitness with her interest in the mind-body connection. When she’s not teaching or performing, Madison enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring new ways to stay active.

Fran DeNardo
Instructor

  • Francesca is an East Michigan native with a lifelong passion for fitness. Her love for movement began through years of competitive sports, which she carried into her first year of college athletics. She now brings that same energy and dedication to her Pilates classes, creating a high-energy, inclusive, and supportive environment where clients feel strong and confident. Francesca is committed to fostering community through group fitness, valuing the connections and friendships that form in her classes. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new places, and sharing coffee dates with friends and family.
