Balancing her professional life with family, she is a dedicated mother of four (2 kiddos, 2 pups), finding joy in both her career and her commitment to health. Sarah believes in the transformative power of fitness and is always seeking new ways to challenge herself and inspire those around her. When she’s not taking XFormer pilates or exploring the latest tech trends, you can find her enjoying quality time with her family in nature.

Anna is a dedicated trainer and health coach who has guided and celebrated clients through their wellness journeys for over a decade. With experience teaching fitness from Brooklyn, NYC to Houston, TX, and now Traverse City, MI, she believes in the power of movement to help people connect with their most authentic selves. Anna’s approach to fitness fosters positive life changes, boosting energy, building confidence, and cultivating gratitude for what our bodies can achieve. Outside the studio, you’ll find her on the road, traveling cross-country embracing van life with her partner and two dogs, living her own journey of adventure and wellness.
Rylee Richards

Rylee is a lifelong West Michigan native with a strong passion for fitness and wellness. Drawing from her dance background, she is known for teaching high-energy Zumba classes and rhythm-driven indoor cycling, where movement and music come together to create an empowering experience. She has spent years in the fitness industry, leading with the belief that movement is a powerful tool for connection and confidence. With a background in psychology, Rylee is dedicated to building community through group exercise—fostering positivity and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome and supported. Outside the studio, she finds joy in running, catching the sunrise, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with friends.
